    The Best university for B.Tech CSE is Lovely Professional University. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too.     Being an alumni of LPU I would surely say that LPU is the best place for pursuing B tech CS

    I don't have an idea about PSIT, If you are looking for best university for B.Tech CSE course, I would say Lovely professional University is best University to pursue this course.     Getting a job doesn't depend on what percentage you're getting and what college you belong to. It completely depends on you. Gather your skills and get placed and you'll be getting a job even if you score just 70% marks.

    Yes, you will be eligible to apply for jobs if you scored 85%, but your placement will matter only on how you perform during interview.

    Chances will be good but not sure. If you perform well in interviews and project given by the company before hiring then you can expect a job. Only marks don't help, marks are necessary but skills too.
