Is it sure to get job after getting 85% in B.Tech CS from PSIT Kanpur. ?

Getting a job doesn't depend on what percentage you're getting and what college you belong to. It completely depends on you. Gather your skills and get placed and you'll be getting a job even if you score just 70% marks.

Yes, you will be eligible to apply for jobs if you scored 85%, but your placement will matter only on how you perform during interview.

Chances will be good but not sure. If you perform well in interviews and project given by the company before hiring then you can expect a job. Only marks don't help, marks are necessary but skills too.
