Is it the correct decision to pursue B.Tech in civil engineering from a top college of Bangalore?
I have got 95/180 marks in COMEDK and 87/360 in JEE Mains. My 12th score is 96.7%.

Yes, you took a good decision. Though you might not have got any colleges through your JEE and COMEDK rankings, you took the perfect decision. Still, try for core branches such as CSE or ECE.
