Not, yet. Wait for the HEERA to be implemented. Wait for Delhi High Court order on Distance Technical Education. But right now, such courses don't have any recognition.

Distance education isn't a good idea. Please abstain yourself from doing distance B.Tech.

AICTE doesn't approve distance course in engineering. So, go with regular one. Thanks.
