No, it is not hard. All the languages have almost same logic. If you can clear the notes, then programming is not a big deal.

If you are not interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.

The programing is based on logic. Once the logic is clear, you can very well frame the program easily.

Logic is basically the idea of executing the program within the limitation of the functions provided in the programming language.
