Lakehead University has a high acceptance rate as compared to other universities in the Ontario region. Even though admission to Lakehead is easy, meeting the admission requirements is challenging as it has high score requirements across all its courses. Additionally, just meeting the admission requirement will not guarantee admission. Apart from competitive scores and a strong academic background, a student's extracurricular activity involvement and professional/practical experience are also considered. Thus, a varied student profile will help a student gain higher chances of getting accepted at Lakehead.
