    Indian Government is spending quite a lot in the field of space and aeronautical engineering under Make in India program. ISRO is not only launching weather, GPS, Defence, Communication, etc. satellites for India's needs but also has become outsourcing partner for launching these for western countries. Similarly DRDO is doing lots of research and systems integration projects in indigenous aircraft and missiles program. Lot of private sector ancillary industries are developing to support ISRO and DRDO indigenous technology development effort.
