Is it true that after dropping a year for preparation of IIT-JEE cause placement problem after graduation?
If I drop a year for JEE preparations and won't get a good marks in both AIEEE and IIT causes a troble inplacement.Am I true or it is just a rumer.Please tell me.

I really do not see any comparison between the two - one year gap and that of your getting good placements. Your hardwork and good academic records are the key towards getting a great placement opportunity.
