    Most of the students after completing BBA pursue MBA because BBA is often regarded as the first step to MBA. In fact, the subjects and topics taught in MBA are the detailed versions of what is taught in BBA. Moreover, candidates who choose to take up jobs after BBA often find it difficult to get further promotion and salary hike and this is where the need for MBA comes in. Also, there are employers who give preference to candidates with an MBA degree at the time of recruitment because it is an obvious fact that one with an MBA degree will be well-equipped and trained to handle management positions in an organisation.
