Is it true that faculties here leave job frequently and the administration is unduly too strict?

We have not seen any faculty being changed ever since we came here.
Coming to administration, it is disciplined but not strict.

IT was the case 3-4 years ago. Now things have stabilised and its no longer the case. As for the strictness, yeah, the college is unduly strict. But the new dean is making away with the unwanted rules, So its strict but not unduly strict
