Is it true that from 2017 onward 70%-75% is required in class 12th boards to qualify JEE?

I got 65% in class 12th from ST category. Am I eligible for JEE Advanced 2017? I scored 70 marks in JEE Mains in 2016. By any chance am I eligible to appear or JEE Advanced in 2017 directly?

yes it is needed for joining IIT not other institute. you will appear mains but you will not able to appear advance if you did not have minimum 75% inboard.

Yes its true that you need to have minimum 75% for JEE 2017, but for SC category its 65% and you can not directly appear for JEE advance next year, you need to qualify JEE main again in 2017
