Is it true that if I go for chemical engineering I'll only be able to become a teacher? I want to take up chemical engineering.

No, there is scope for chemical engineering in India as there are many chemical industries which require talented chemical engineers.

This is not true at all. From my batch, students have gone into various fields. This includes techno-managerial roles, management roles, PSU's, higher studies etc. options are unlimited in any field. Interest is of utmost importance.
