Is it true that if my attendance is less than 75% in 12th then the school can put my hall ticket on hold?
I am in 12th from Maharashtra board and my college is not willing to give me my hall ticket because of less attendance.

Yes, it is true. School has complete authority to put your hall ticket on hold. You may ask them to remove by having a polite conversation or adding few medical certificates.
