Is it true that in MBBS, if we fail in one subject we must write all the papers once again?

No you don't have to write all papers again. Infact I came to now that there is a provision that you can continue your studies in the next semester and appear for the paper in which you have got a 'Back' with the next exams.

it depended on that u got year back or supply. in uyear back u have attend all papers again as like when u failed in class and qualify it again but in supply u will qualify only that subject after some time..

If you have got a back in a single subject then you will require to appear for just the particular subject, but as rightly stated by Mr. Nikhilesh Mathur, if on in case of getting a year back, you will have appear and pass all the subjects.
