Yeah, this is true. ISME provide the opportunity to the students to go for LSE programme. It is used to be open for all before but now, it's for only the top 3 students.

It is true that ISME gives an equal opportunity to every single student but only top 3 students are eligible for LSE summer programme.
One have to achieve that high score in CGPA to be eligible for that.
Apart from that one can also go for LSE summer programme on their own expense. -
