Yes, it may. You are required to pay application fees for most colleges, fee may be around 200$.

Thanks a lot. So, it would be difficult for me too to apply for multiple colleges. After getting a good score in SAT and by E-mail, can I know how much scholarship will I get if I want to go in that college without actually applying.
