Syllabus of B.Tech CSE, IT and SE overlap by approximately 80+ percent. Major difference in these branches is on branch specific electives in final year. All these degree holders are acceptable for Software Engineer job in Application Development and Maintenance companies.

You can choose any to become a developer. B.Tech CSE is the defacto the best CS degree with highest demand among students and recruiters for students who are interested in coding.
