Is it true that minimum 5 years of experience is needed for non graduates in finance field to get CFP board membership?

Is there any chance to get a job after completion of the last module of CFP? Do I have to wait for 5 years to get a job or membership of board? I am pursuing BA in distance from Andhra University. I am in final year now. I want to do CFP course.
