Is it true that most of the companies that recruit are local companies and they don't give good salaries for freshers?

It is not true at all, as gud companies are coming such as Infosys, SPI, TCS, etc which take candidates who don't have work-ex and provide them reasonable salaries. More details about this can be checked in the placement report that will be out in a few days.
