Is it true that the fees for AICTE approved MBA colleges are going to decrease?

I understand that some colleges do wish to go in for a closure. This is due to their maintenance problem. The funding from Government sometimes is delayed. Sometimes, there is difficulty in getting qualified staff. The Public always desire good quality and it is not just getting a Degree.
