Is it true that there is 85% reservation for Delhi students at NSIT, IIIT-D, DTU?

Yes, it's there. It would be better if you do your 11th and 12th from a Delhi School. Your domicile could be outside but your schooling depicts the state you qualify for.
It will enhance your chances to be at DTU/NSIT in comparison to outside Delhi Schooling students.
