Is it true that to become a commercial pilot after 12th, one has to join a flying school? What type of courses are provided?

A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is a qualification that allows you to act as a Pilot in Command or PIC of a single pilot aircraft or as co-pilot of a multi-pilot aircraft.
The basic requirements to obtain the CPL license are published by the International Civil Aviation organization (ICAO). However, the actual courses in flight training programs vary from country to country, based on the National Aviation Authorities (NAA).
