Is it useful to do B.TECH from a private college?which one is better Uttar pradesh tech. university or Punjab tech. University.

I am getting admission in 2 private colleges but m afraid if there's any scope doing it from private college. 1 is under UPTU and another in PTU.which one is better please reply...please
