Is it useful to do diploma in it engineering.?

I have completed my 12. results are yet to be out. i have also given JEEmains. but i have doubt that i will qualify JEEmains. so wether diploma in IT engineering will be useful is my query

Diploma in any field is useful. After diploma you can pursue B Tech in lateral as well as direct enteries. You can go for AMIE simultaneously with your job. There are many more things and just don't wait. Do it now.Regards/
