Is it valid to take the same UG course from a different university?
I am a B.Com graduate but I am not satisfied with it, my percentage is 53.44.

It's not possible as per my knowledge, either you have to go to different college under the same university or else you have to start as a fresh candidate.

Unfortunately, no. There is no such provision by law and hence will be considered invalid.
