There will be no issue only what matters is your college brand value and your knowledge.

If the university is listed amongst the top institutes, then there will be no issues to pursue.

Any MBA gets its value from the school where you pursue it. Choose a B-School which is listed in the top 50 consistently.

Depends upon the ranking of the college. Google about the college and check if the college is AICTE approved.
