    First, go with JEE and then after register yourself in Chandigarh University for BJMC during month of April or early May even with your JEE rank which may find you a scholarship.

    If there is a registration open for now then you should register yet. Don't wait for the other time especially, if you are keen to pursue in Chandigarh University.
