A high ranking B-school will provide them with that material, the right of teaching, the right approach to understanding a subject or an industry in advance, and also valuable guidance from pioneers in different fields. The graduates from these B-schools then apply for placements and either get back to the organisation they were working with, or apply to new organisation with a salary of more than they had at a previous job, or gather the experience of working in an industry and mix it with the new found advanced knowledge of the industry and start something on their own.
