Is it worth doing M.Tech from IIT if I don't get a good placement in B.Tech (private university)?

It is a question to be asked before the answer to your question is written. From where you have done your B Tech? If that had been from a place which is becoming your limitation to get a good job then you must join an IIT which is premier institute and is a name for employers. An M.Tech means a real
