Is it worth doing MBA to excel in my career? I am at a mid-management position and I have 7 years of experience.

Well, MBA is the best choice for. As you are stuck in the same position in your career in will definitely help you in ranking to higher positions and with the work experience, if 7 years as you say, you have high chances of boosting you career with MBA.
