Is it worth doing MBA without having any work experience? Why does an experience of 2-4 years is required for the same?

Ideal experience in MBA is of 2-3 years but nowadays majority of people pursue MBA so as to get job immediately. That is the reason why many b-schools have cropped up across the country.
