Is it worth doing PGPM as a fresher from ICFAI business school? Will it hold value if I ever lose my on-campus job or if I want to switch?

Suppose I lost my job or I want to switch 2 years after my college, will doing PGPM from IBS KOLKATA restrict my opportunities to few companies only? Is having MBA/PGDM the only criteria through off-campus/reference? Will they accept PGPM or not?
