Is it worth going BIIB?I got BIIB in the first merit list but my first preference was BIMM.Are there any chances of getting in this college?

BIIB is equally good. It is just that BIMM was the 1st college and is the parent institute. Don't worry about the placements as the placements of all the 4 institute are centralized.
