Is it worth joining Amrita through management quota?

The unique nature of Amrita's management quota is that without writing the entrance (or at least enrolling for the entrance) you cannot attend the meeting for management quota. If you don't have the admit card of the entrance exam when you visit the varsity, Let gods be with you. You just can’t get past the security at the entrance of the campus and believe me how famous and influential you are, Amrita security force will humble you with their sternness and ignorance. There was always a rumor that this was a way to alter your ranks after the payment and make the student's admission look like a merit entry. But there was never a proof for this allegation. Another added feature in management quota is that the fee structure is common for everyone in the batch except a few who receives scholarship from the varsity.
