Jadavpur University is one of the top-ranked universities in the country. In the NIRF 2023 rankings, it has been ranked at the fourth spot under the "University" category. Moreover, as per NIRF report 2023, the median package offered to PG 2-year candidates was INR 8 LPA. Many top companies recruit graduates from Jadavpur University. Some of the prominent recruiters as per the past years' records are Schrodinger, DE Shaw India, Citi Bank, HSBC.
