This is a very rare combination of courses. On January 19 2016, UGC said that its consultations regarding allowing students to pursue two degrees simultaneously, have not received a positive response so far. Therefore, legally, you cannot pursue B.Sc. IT and B.Com simultaneously from same university or different universities. B.Com and B.Sc.
