Is it worth pursuing BCA from Kashmir? I was doing B.Tech from Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran but gave it up due to some reasons.

You can continue your B.Tech in Jammu and Kashmir (Jammu & Kashmir). For that you have to take a leaving certificate from Chandigarh then you will get admission in B.Tech in Jammu & Kashmir.
