    Hello,
    If you are asking about the worthiness, then I would say 'yes', it is worthy. But, make sure about your future plans and strategy. The reason why I am saying that, is because the scope of both these course leads in same direction. In B.Tech Civil Engineering, you will learn about the Mathematics behind construction of infrastructure. The material strength, geography material mechanics and etc. Whereas, in M.Arch your study will revolves around designing and planning execution of the infrastructural projects.     Yes, it is possible to go for M.Arch after B.Tech in civil engineering. Master of Architecture is a 2- year long postgraduate course divided into 4 semesters. The course prepares enrolled students in the basics of planning and its applications in daily life. The course explores on an advanced level, the goals of sustained development, planning, and urban and rural physical and social dimensions. Students looking for admission for M.Arch course need to have completed graduation in Architecture or equivalent course from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks.
