    The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women (VSPW) is a private management college for women, established in 2015. The college offers a unique 18-month, fully residential, management and personal growth programme and perhaps the world's first such initiative focused on providing an MBA such as education to graduate women together with skills on how to navigate professional challenges and have a successful career. The programmes MBA students have been placed in top companies such as Gartner, Deloitte, KPMG, and Google. The the highest salary package offered is 22 LPA.
