It completely depends upon area of your interest. MBA in IT from SICSR will teach you managerial aspects with the blend of technical aspects which means you will also have to code. It really doesn't matter whether you are from IT or non IT background as SICSR takes care of teaching you from the scratch. But if you are really not interested in coding and programming it will be bit difficult. The profile you mostly get is Business Analyst after you pass out from SICSR. Yes there is also a very nice scope of you being a project manager as well in an IT firm. MBA in IT or MBA in HR that is completely your call based upon your interest.
