XIME is one of the reputed B-Schools and since you have experience of 3 years then PGDM will definitely help you for getting a career growth. Also, if you are getting a chance for EMBA then it is a much better option for experienced professionals. Experienced professionals are supposed to get better placement opportunities than a fresher. It depends on the stream that you will be pursuing in. Marketing and Finance are extremely good in terms of ROI and placements. Market is extremely unstable, so we cannot be too certain about the placements based on the average placements. Things may change, first be sure about what stream you want to switch into. Being from an IT industry with 2 years of experience, I found my work extremely monotonous and not challenging enough. So, I decided to pursue Management - HR division.
