Is it worth spending around 30 Lakhs as tuition fee and living costs (will have to rely on educational loans) to do MIM in Grenoble EM?

It is not worth spending. You can rather spend the same amount for Masters in Management from USA or Canada where you have more chance of getting scholarship and degree holds more value for jobs.
