I'll answer this question in a very straight forward way. SOIL provides certification and accepts application from candidates with work experience for their PGPM program which has 3 specializations (analytics, finance & marketing) and candidates with/without prior experience can enrol for their PGPM Human Resources program. Talking about spending a hefty amount at SOIL, they give weightage to your previous work experience. The candidates have real good chances of doubling their salary in a year which I guess can't be fulfilled by colleges on the same lanes as SOIL even if you go for PGDM courses.
