Is it worth studying Masters in marketing in abroad? What is its scope and admission eligibility?

Yes, it has good scope and attractive pay scale. Admission requirements are different. Which country or university have you planned to go to? Generally you must clear GRE or GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS. But requirements are different as mentioned.

As I know, there is no mandate of GRE or GMAT for M.Sc. in marketing and IELTS should be chosen over TOEFL.
