Almost 90-95% of students get placement, in which 30% went for further study, and the rest joined the companies. The highest package is 15 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. The average is around 5-6 LPA. Hyundai, Ford, Mahindra, HP, Mercedes India, Indian Petroleum and few solar companies and wind farm companies visited the college. The internship is not so frequent here. You need to do it by yourself only. -
VIT is good private college offering B.Tech in many courses. When I come to it's placement in VIT, Vellore above 4 lakh package is called a dream package if you are an average student then you will get package of 3.5-4 lakh per annum but if you are above average will get above 4 lakhs package. 7-8 lakhs per annum is called super dream package in VIT. Google, Amazon and Flipkart will recruit you with this package. Placement is average in VIT. If you perform well then you can get 7-8 lakhs per annum.
