Is it worth to do management diploma of 1 year in sales and marketing? I have already wasted my 6 years in completing bachelors.

No, it is not worth at all. As you have already wasted 6 years in the Bachelor's degree. You must have already got the job till today or either you should have pursued another PG degree in a particular field. But it is not too late to do what you really want to. Take your time for some days. Research of what you'd like to do, check for future growth in the same and go for it. Forget about the last 6 years. Everything happens for a good reason. Take a lesson from it and start working hard for it with confidence. -
