Is it worth to do PGP programme for anyone who wants to switch his career? What are the job prospects and salary offered in the same?

PGP is not that effective compared to MBA or PGDM. However, for switching your career, it will help you to a certain extent. The salary will be near to a fresher and then after as per your performance your growth will be defined.
