Yes. It is worth for HR as well . You will no more be a fresher after joining IBS because IBS provides summer internship program of minimum 3 months which changes your designation from a fresher to an experienced professional of your field of interest .

There is never a single criterion. Out of multiple factors, subject is primary,no doubt. Develop yourself in many ways and present yourself as a wholesome person for brighter opportunities. What about your interpersonal skill? Nurture them carefully.
