Is it worth to join LPU? How is it in terms of placement? Does this college has no ranking in NIRF?

Being a student of LPU I can assure you that definitely, it's worth it to study at LPU. Speaking from personal experience, I have gained so much from LPU in terms of everything which every student desires, exposure, opportunities, personality development, happening campus life, skills to learn, and many other things which can't be put in words. Talking about placements, well LPU has been shining for so many years in terms of placements, in fact as far as I know and have seen LPU is well known for implacable placements. My friends and roommate are placed in Radisson, amazon, and many of my friends are doing an internship in Microsoft. Similarly there are recent examples that a few days back 11 students are placed on amazon with CTC up to 30LPA. Similarly With outstanding CTCs upto 15 LPA at tivo, 5 students have enriched LPU's impeccable placement record! Well these were just recent examples, there are uncountable examples in the past of LPU where students have bragged placements in Microsoft, amazon and several companies, infact, one LPU student has grabbed a package of 42 lac from Microsoft. Average placements vary from 3Lacs 5Lacs. Specifically for engineering, around 300+ companies visit every year. So you can get the idea that how big LPU is in terms of placements. Now talking about ranking of LPU, well I feel proud to say that once again LPU has achieved a great milestone by becoming one of the three Indian universities to have secured a place in the Top 200 in the World in Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2021. It has been ranked at the 2nd the highest position among all the Indian universities in its debut year itself. Its very huge achievement for the LPU family that the university has been ranked ahead of universities like IIT (Indore, Rourkela, Guwahati, Gandhinagar), NIT (Silchar, Tiruchirappalli), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Manipal Academy of Higher Education, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) and VIT University. Talking about NIRF Ranking by Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The overall ranking is 26th in India among top Pharmacy colleges. Yes, it is completely worth it to join LPU. It is one of the best private colleges in India in terms of placements, academics, curriculum, campus life, etc. Talking about the placements, it has a total of around 550-600 companies coming to the campus every year. And a large fraction of the, offer dream package too. Also, maximum students sitting in the placement drive are placed. Some of the very famous recruiters of LPU, that every one of us knows are Google, IBM, Bosch, ITC, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, etc. And as far as the NIRF rankings are concerned, LPU ranks in the TOP 100 in the overall category. And as far as the rankings amongst all the Universities are concerned, it ranks in the TOP 80. In the Engineering domain, it ranks at 87. In the Management domain, it ranks at 49, and as far as the School of Pharmacy is concerned, it ranks at 29.

LPU appears in Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. LPU is also ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. University Engineering School is in the Top 100, Management School in the Top 50, and Pharmacy School in the Top 30 institutions of India.

I'm alumni of lpu and from my experience, I can say lpu is the best, it has the best infrastructure and professional faculty is there who are always there for students. They conduct a series of test in each semester consisting of CAs (continuous assessment), mid-term and end-term which helps in evaluating the students performing in the right way. This university is best for the student who really wants to learn and grow in their respected fields.
