Is it worth to join SIBM-B with work experience of more than 3 years? Will it help in getting additional advantage during placements?

<p><strong>The top MBA colleges in India such as the IIMs require at least 3-4 years of experience for admission to their courses</strong>. Most of the B-Schools prefer the graduates to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience for MBA admission.</p><p>Except for a few minor ones, &nbsp;<strong>there are no major drawbacks to doing an MBA with some years of work experience</strong>. The management schools give more weightage to the professionals compared to freshers. Once the candidate is inside the college, they are going to learn and experience mostly the same things.</p>
