Hello, welingkar offers full time course of 2 years in marketing and 3 years part time course in Marketing. It offers 1 year course only in media specialisation. Please check out www.welingkar.org for complete details of the different courses.

One year diploma course is good as it will help you understand the basics of marketing and as to how a product has to be marketed and sales process. But in 1 year no college will provide you placement opportunity.
So it is totally your call.
